Description
Abstract
Genomics, and nutrigenomic epigenetic influences, are more understood now than in the past. In the
setting of chronic illness genomic influences and the effects of epigenetics are very clinically impactful.
This webinar is targeted at improving the clinical understanding of how genomics can affect a
chronically ill person, and then how the clinician can use this information to improve patient care. This
particular webinar will focus on the effects of the methyl cycle and human data regarding that.
Objectives:
⭑ Define Genetic versus Epigenetic
⭑ Describe the effects of the methyl cycle on overall human biology and health
⭑ Describe the portions of the methyl cycle and other cycles it interacts with
⭑ Describe clinical interventions used in these cases
