#08 Mitochondria: Function Damage and Repair

This is a broad discussion of mitochondrial damage and how it is involved in the pathology of most chronically ill. We review mitochondrial function, cofactors, and a bunch of nice nerdy papers on how natural substances can promote repair of damaged tissues by restoring mitochondrial function. The roles of genomics and thyroid function are discussed with a sample genomic report and we look extensively at natural therapies and the pharmacology associated with a good amount of references so you don’t think I’m just making this up.
