QUESTION: With NAC suppositories vaginally that you mentioned at the Biofilm webinar, what concentration do you recommended for the pharmacy to make and what frequency and duration are you finding effective?
ANSWER: Generally I have used 300-500 mg in a capsule (powder form) just like Boric Acid PV (per vagina) suppository protocol.
Wet the capsule and insert HS
Use panty liner
May take 1-2 weeks at least.
