QUESTION: I need clarification with regards to dosing of lipsomal EDTA as per your chelation document. You specify 50-70mg/kg. For my 142lb client this is equivalent to 3250mg (at 50mg/kg). With the Quicksilver liposomal EDTA, this is equivalent to about 15 tsp. Is this correct? The recommended daily dose on the bottle is 1 tsp/day and since 15 tsp is substantially higher I just need reassurance that I have this correct.

ANSWER: That is the dose to be most efficacious. It is safe. It isn’t likely cost effective (unless they are trying to avoid an IV). They can do lower doses and get effect (say 20 mg/kg).
