Phase-2 Supportive Whole Juice
Due to the requirement for portions from the rind and skin of the plants, a whole juice system (Vitamix, Blendtek, etc) is best.
INGREDIENTS:
Beet root – about size of your thumb
Beet top
1 or 2 Carrots
1 cup of Blue or Black berries –
1/4 cup Kale or other dark green – amount you can crush and hold in your hand
MOST IMPORTANT INGREDIENT: skinned but rind on orange / grapefruit or 2- lemon or limes
If needed for taste, add apple or pineapple and water sufficient to liquefy.
DIRECTIONS:
Consume through the day
Keep refrigerated
