ALS obviously is horrible. In my experience you have to work on neuro-calming Tx as well as possible detox and anti-infective approaches. Seems odd but the only people I know who even slow it down do all of the above at the same time. I like stacking IV GSH supportive nutrients, then GSH IV then end with PTC. That hits stabilizing as well as neuroprotection. One could do the IV’s 2X a week and do some Ca EDTA prior to one of them once a week to support detox.

As for the infectious component… I am not fully sure why but if you just focus on neuro-protection and detox not much happens. Adding some Tx for occult infectious at least slows things in most cases. IV Artesunate, H2O2, HDIVC, germanium etc all may be good considerations.
