IV ADRENAL SUPPORT CONT

QUESTION:

WHAT CAN I USE IN IV THERAPY TO HELP SUPPORT THE ADRENALS?

ANSWER:

The big things for an adrenal support IV are:

PRIMARY INGREDIENTS:

  • B-5 (as Dexpanthenol) [500-2000 mg]
  • Ascorbate [2-5 grams]
  • B-3 (as Niacinamide) AND B1 & B-2 [as supplied in 1-2 mL of B-100 Complex]
  • B-6 [50-150 mg added to above]
  • Magnesium [as tolerated but 500-3000 mg are average doses]
  • Methyl support [methyl B12 or HydroxoB12 at 500-2000 mcg]
  • Folinic Acid Calcium (CaFolinate) or 5MTHF at 500-1000 mcg]

 – ALWAYS FOLLOW WITH A GLUTATHIONE PUSH 1-2 GRAMS

SECONDARY INGREDIENTS

  • Taurine 400-500 mg
  • Carnitine 500-1000 mg
  • Zinc 10-15 mg
  • Selenium 200-400 mcg

So if you have a formula that has the primary bases covered, and then many of the secondary covered, you’ll actually effect the adrenals.
