Abstract
The topic of repurposed drugs being used in oncology is decades old. Their use, however, has risen in the past years. Most of the agents used are nothing new to medical practice but their use in oncology may depend on lesser-known mechanisms of action each drug has, but also different applications in the clinical management of the oncology patient.
